Start  http://www.youradblaster.com/YAB-setup-html.exe

Step #2
Click Open After you click the link above. Do NOT Click Save.

Click on Open ^ (The above is just an image. Do not click on it.
                             Click the link in start at Top)

Step #3
Click Install when you see the page below.

Locate the image below on your DESKTOP.

NEXT...
Double Click on the YourAdBlaster Internet Explorer Shortcut Icon Image that looks like the one below on your DESKTOP.
